A once-monthly program designed for parents and their tots! The Religious School at Beth Shalom Congregation offers a first step on a child’s life-long journey of Jewish Education. Children are immersed in Jewish values, traditions and celebrations through stories, songs and the arts! Beth Shalom offers two classes: for two-year-olds and three and four-year-olds.
Shorashim is Beth Shalom’s family group geared towards families with young children ages 5 and under. The group meets every other month, usually on a Friday evening. They get together either at someone’s house or at Beth Shalom. Each month focuses on a different Jewish theme, holiday, or Bible story. Tunes & Tales
A Beth Shalom annual Hanukkah tradition! This year, we are virtual, but usually Tunes & Tales is held of Barens & Nobel in Long Gate.
Celebrate the Festival of Light with songs, stories and friends! This year we will be joined by Cookie Monster and Elmo.
Tot Shabbat is a wonderful family service geared towards children 5 years of age and younger, along with their parents and grandparents. Older siblings and non-affiliated families are welcome. Tot Shabbat is held once a month on Saturday mornings at 10:30 am.
