Who Shall Live and Who Shall Die with Rabbi Greenspan

During the High Holy Days, the Machzor invites us into a journey of deep reflection that asks us to confront our own mortality and the opportunity to shift the paths of our lives. Join Rabbi Greenspan as we spend time delving into the history, the complexity, and the poetry of some of these prayers. We will look at the Unetaneh Tokef, Kol Nidre, and more. May the time spent in this class help to deepen your experience of some of the most difficult liturgy of the year. Drop-in board gaming following Shabbat services and kiddush, from about 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Everyone is welcome to join in one of the various board games that are being played and stay as long as you like. It’s a fun way to spend an afternoon.
