Midrash: Learning from the Sages' Outbursts

It might seem surprising, but there are several stories in the Talmud that involve one Sage taking the life of another- and learning something much deeper from it. In this class, we will explore some of these stories, the circumstances that surround the killings, and the aftermath. These legends may not have been historical, but each teaches us something about human emotions, how we impact others, and ways that we can live our lives better.
