Talmud Zooom! with Rabbi Scheinerman

When? Wednesday, August 12th at 7:00 p.m. due to popular demand, and is now co-sponsored with Jewish Federation of Howard County. Now’s a great time to try something new—how about Talmud? For a half hour, enjoy an exploration and discussion of stories about courage, decency, deception, and fear. No background required, but bring your imagination! Contact the office to register and get the class link. 

Shabbat Summer Schmooze

Book Club

Drive In Kosher BBQ

When? Sunday August 16th between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Char Bar BBQ Food Truck is coming to Beth Shalom! Check out the menu and then order your delicious food by 9:00 a.m. on August 16th and pick up in the parking lot at the times noted above. 

Food Drive

Beth Shalom’s Social Action Committee, in partnership with PATH, will be hosting a food drive in the Beth Shalom parking lot. Items needed include flour, sugar, canned meats, and more.  A full list of what is needed can be found at http://columbiacare.live/drop-items. For more information or to volunteer, contact the office.
